ABOUT SHANA B.

Meet The Founder

I’m a cultural creative and strategist from Chicago—shaped by community, sharpened by experience, and driven by clarity. I work across media, brand, and movement to help artists and organizers bring their ideas to life with intention and impact.

I created ESBE Media Lab to hold space for experimentation, storytelling, and bold execution. It’s where I merge creative direction, cultural commentary, and campaign strategy to build ecosystems—not just moments.

Just as you've seen with Dialect Tre's Rabbit Season, with Da Hip-Hop Honey, DBP (don't be a pus*y). I lead with intuition, backed by structure. My work is for those who know they’ve got something powerful to say, and share it with the world.

RABBIT SEASON

Great ideas don’t grow in isolation—they evolve through vision, trust, and collaboration. During the Rabbit Season campaign, I served as Creative Director and Rollout Strategist for Dialect Tre, helping shape a cohesive world around her debut—from symbol creation and mood boards to marketing assets, visuals, and campaign phases. Our work merged storytelling, branding, and strategy to build something unforgettable. Tap in with @dahiphophoney to see behind the scenes moments, rollout commentary, and real-time campaign work.
